Cancellation Policy
Please be courteous and inform us no less than 48 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or re-schedule. Failure to cancel within 48 hours will require 50% of your services to be paid. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will require your service to be paid for in full! Clients with 2 or more appointment cancellations or 2 or more no-show appointments may be discharged from our practice. If arriving late for your appointment (over 15 minutes) your appointment may need to be rescheduled for another date/time and you may be charged 50% of your scheduled service. Thank you! You can receive a 4% discount if you pay your service in cash.
