Cancellations - At Envy Clinic & Spa we strive to provide an exceptional standard of care. To achieve this, we kindly request your cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, however, we kindly ask that you provide 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled appointment are subject to a 25% fee and appointments cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment are subject to a 50% fee. Clients who have a monthly membership will forfeit their monthly service for cancellations of less than 48 hours.

Late Arrivals - We value your time as well as the time of our other clients, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late of your scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment or shorten the treatment duration. The full price of the original scheduled appointment will still apply.

Missed Appointments - While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur, a missed appointment where no notice is given not only affects our ability to serve other clients but also results in lost time and resources. The full cost of these appointments is charged for these appointments. Clients with 2 or more appointment cancellations or 2 or more missed appointments may be discharged from our practice. We appreciate your continued support and understanding.
