Service Description
We’re dedicated to helping clients have success with medically supervised weight loss through our available weight-management treatment options. We create a custom program which may include Adipex (Phentermine), Semaglutide, or Tirzepatide (Mounjaro), paired with cognitive behavioral support, nutrition, and exercise plans to ensure your success. Follow-up appointments include Blood Pressure check, Monthly weigh-in, Prescription refills, Review of eating plan, Progress and goal setting and Wellness assessment. General consult required prior to starting a weight loss program.
Cancellation Policy
Please be courteous and inform us no less than 48 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or re-schedule. Failure to cancel within 48 hours will require 50% of your services to be paid. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will require your service to be paid for in full! Clients with 2 or more appointment cancellations or 2 or more no-show appointments may be discharged from our practice. If arriving late for your appointment (over 15 minutes) your appointment may need to be rescheduled for another date/time and you may be charged 50% of your scheduled service. Thank you!
