Dr. Pinon
Medical Director and MD
Dr. Pinon is our medical director. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and has been in practice since 1998. He has been a primary care physician for 9 years in the Portland, OR metro area and then relocated to Indiana in 2007 when he joined IU Health as a hospitalist at Methodist hospital and IU Health North hospital. In 2015 he started working in skilled nursing facilities, home health, and hospice and is currently the chief medical officer for American Senior Communities, the largest post-acute care provider in Indiana, for the past 4 years. He is excited to return to clinical and aesthetic medicine. His goal is to provide the ultimate patient experience by taking the time and customizing care and treatments to match each individual patient’s needs. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, skiing, off-roading, and cycling.
Keisa Messer
RN
Keisa Messer, RN is a licensed Aesthetic Registered Nurse and experienced aesthetic provider at Envy Clinic & Spa. Practicing in aesthetic since 2018, Keisa brings years of hands-on expertise in cosmetic injectables, as well as advanced skin treatments.
Keisa believes, Confidence isn't vanity-it's alignment. Injectables aren't about becoming someone else....they're about feeling like yourself again. Confidence is invaluable. When you love what you see in the mirror, you carry that energy everywhere.
Known for her clinical precision and personalized care, Keisa combines medical knowledge with an artistic eye to enhance each client's natural beauty. She is committed to ongoing education in the latest aesthetic techniques and takes pride in delivering safe, effective, and confidence-boosting results.

I have been a nurse for over 25 years, and I’m thrilled to work and live in fabulous New Palestine!! Envy Clinic & Spa is a passion project that we have dreamed about for many years and now here we are!
I completed my aesthetic training through Empire Medical Training and I’m excited to utilize my RN and MBA at Envy Clinic & Spa.
I am happily married to the man of my dreams, have an incredible 25-yr old daughter (the teen years were a little rough, but we made it through) and 2 fur babies. I’m humbled and honored to provide services and care for my clients, friends, family, and neighbors.

Hello my name is Alexis! I graduated from Summit Salon Academy in April 2021 as a Licensed Esthetician. I have always had a passion for all things beauty, it’s so fulfilling to be able to live my dream! My love for Esthetics grows each day by helping my clients feel beautiful and creating lasting relationships with each one. When I’m not in the spa you can find me shopping on Amazon, spending time with family, or being the best bunny mom to my fuzzy little guy Dash!

I have been a part of the New Palestine community since I was in 5th grade and I'm proud to call it home. I am a mom to 2 sassy teenage girls and a sweet boy. I have been a Labor and Delivery nurse for over 14 years where helping women initially became a passion. The field of weight loss is personal to me as I have struggled with my own weight and confidence for my entire life. I enjoy meeting new patients and understanding their lifestyle as well as their short and long-term goals. I am looking forward to working side by side with you and helping to gain back your inner shine and confidence.

Hi, my name is Erin. I have a 15 year old son and 2 bonus children. I’m happily married to the love of my life. I graduated from Mt. Vernon High school. I’ve worked at the spa for over a year. Some may not recognize me as I only work at the spa on Saturdays or when filling in for someone during the week. I enjoy running in my spare time and hanging out with friends and family.
