Service Description
Morpheus8 can be used on any area of the face or body that would benefit from skin tightening, wrinkle reduction, and refined contouring. Morpheus8 is an incredible treatment for the face and neck, as well as scars, knees, sketch marks, bat wings/arms, stomach, back, thighs and buttocks! Depending on your particular needs and desires, 1-3 treatments are typical. Treatments are permanent, but skin continues to age consistent with lifestyle and genetics. Skin needs to be encouraged to continue to create new collagen and elastin in order to maintain a youthful appearance. Therefore, subsequent treatments be recommended every 18m-2years as part of a rejuvenation maintenance program. Some tightening will be visible immediately. New collagen and elastin formation begins after 4 weeks, and becomes most noticeable about 3-6m after tx, and continues to improve up to 1yr. Healthy individuals from 30-60yrs and older are ideal candidates. Must not be pregnant or breastfeeding, undergoing radiation txs or have an active infection in the treatment area. Treatment costs will vary depending on aesthetic goals. Your Aesthetic RN will help you develop the perfect plan for YOU! **Must have an Aesthic Consultation with an RN before scheduling Morpheus8. Before your Morpheus8 procedure: 2 WEEKS BEFORE treatment, avoid sun exposure (tans/burns/tanning beds/spray tans) 1 WEEK BEFORE treatment, discontinue all topical products containing Tretinoin (Retin-A), Retinols, Retinoids, Glycolic Acid, Alpha Hydroxy Acid, Vitamin C, or any anti-aging products. 10-14 DAYS BEFORE treatment, do not ingest blood thinning medications such as Aspirin, Motrin, Ibuprofen, and Aleve. If you have a cardiovascular history, please check with your doctor prior to stopping the use of blood thinners. Also, avoid herbal supplements, such as Garlic, Vitamin E, Ginkgo Biloba, St. John's Wort, and Omega-3 capsules. 3 DAYS BEFORE We recommend starting Arnica tablets to minimize bruising. 2 DAYS BEFORE treatment, do not drink alcoholic beverages. AVOID bleaching, waxing, tweezing, shaving, or using depilatory creams in the treatment area. Use sunscreen with UVA/UVB protection with SPF 30 or higher. If you have a history of Herpes or cold sores, a course of anti-viral medication before and after treatment is required. Please call our office for a prescription. Day of your procedure Please come to the office without make-up, creams, gels, or lotions on treatment areas.
Cancellation Policy
Please be courteous and inform us no less than 48 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or re-schedule. Failure to cancel within 48 hours will require 50% of your services to be paid. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will require your service to be paid for in full! Clients with 2 or more appointment cancellations or 2 or more no-show appointments may be discharged from our practice. If arriving late for your appointment (over 15 minutes) your appointment may need to be rescheduled for another date/time and you may be charged 50% of your scheduled service. Thank you!
