Service Description
Vitamins taken orally are often poorly absorbed, stop flushing your money down the toilet and join our unlimited vitamin, mineral and metabolism injection plan today! Minimum of 6-month membership required. Membership also includes 15% off SkinMedica products, 15% off Morpheus8 Face/Body packages, 15% off unlimited head to toe Triton hair removal package, 15% of TED hair restoration package, and 15% off Lumecca skin renewal package! Minimum of 6-month membership required. Injections must be administered in the office and may not be administered at home. Non-transferrable to anyone else. Can not be refunded or traded for other services.
Cancellation Policy
Please be courteous and inform us no less than 48 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or re-schedule. Failure to cancel within 48 hours will require 50% of your services to be paid. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will require your service to be paid for in full! Clients with 2 or more appointment cancellations or 2 or more no-show appointments may be discharged from our practice. If arriving late for your appointment (over 15 minutes) your appointment may need to be rescheduled for another date/time and you may be charged 50% of your scheduled service. Thank you!
